Attention Patients:

Effective July 15, 2026, Providence Medical Group has notified our clinic that they have implemented a new policy affecting patients who receive primary care through a Providence clinic or are insured under a Providence employee health plan.

Because our clinic is not contracted with Providence Medical Group, visits to our clinic will no longer be covered by your insurance without prior authorization.
 

To help ensure your visit is covered, you have the following options:
 

Request authorization: Before your visit, call the Member Services number on the back of your insurance card and request authorization to receive urgent care services at our clinic.

Self-pay option: If authorization is not obtained, you may choose our self-pay option at the time of your visit. You can then submit your visit documentation to your insurance plan for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance carrier and is not guaranteed.

Our clinic is currently in discussions with Providence Medical Group regarding a potential contract. We remain committed to improving access to urgent care services and hope to establish an agreement that will better serve our rural community.

If you are dissatisfied with this policy change, we encourage you to contact your insurance company or Providence Medical Group directly to express your concerns and share how this decision may affect your access to urgent care services.
