**Referrals can only be made for medical problems being evaluated at your visit and is at the medical providers discrdiscretion**
We cannot evaluate or treat the following:
- Chest pain or cardiac symptoms
- Uncontrolled or elevated blood pressure
- Severe shortness of breath
- Abdominal pain
- Uncontrolled bleeding
- Pregnancy complications
- Nausea, vomiting & dehydration
- Work-related or motor vehicle injuries
- Post-op or ER follow-ups
- Chronic pain
- Medication dose adjustments
- Mental health conditions
- Blood clots or pulmonary embolisms
Go to the ER or dial 911:
- Any condition you feel is an emergency
- Chest pain
- Heart rhythm changes
- Stroke symptoms
- Uncontrolled/elevated blood pressure
- Severe shortness of breath
- Difficulty breathing
- Choking
- Swelling of lips/tongue/throat
- Allergic reactions impacting airways
- Suspected blood clots
- Changes in speech, vision or balance
- Loss of concioconsciousness
- Severe abdominal pain

We do not perform or order the following services:
- MRI imaging
- CT or PET imaging
- Ultrasound imaging
- Blood draws or testing
- Outpatient lab orders
- Controlled substance prescriptions
- Blood pressure screening
- General wellness screenings
