Announcement: Statement and Text Reminder Issue
On 7/28/25, we discovered an issue where patients received statements and text reminders issued between 7/15/25 - 7/18/25 for balances that are incorrect and have already been billed to insurance.
Many of these invoices are from visits ranging from 2020-2024.
We are working to get all balances cleared, and have a current list of all patients who have been affected by this issue.
Please do not pay this balance.
